In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product due to an issue from our side, we will gladly offer an exchange after verification. Exchange Conditions: The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Clear photos/videos of the damaged item must be provided. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Exchanges are only applicable for items damaged during delivery or due to a manufacturing defect from our side.
